By accessing or using BuilderSignals, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

BuilderSignals provides a keyword matching tool for daily newly registered domain lists. Users can enter keywords, choose match mode and date range, then view, copy, or download matching domain results. Signed-in users can also save and sync keyword categories.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the website or account experience where appropriate.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share your account or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you. If you notice unauthorized access, suspicious login activity, or other security issues, contact us promptly.

If you use Google or GitHub login, you must also follow the applicable third-party provider terms.

Search Results and User Responsibility

BuilderSignals results are provided for informational screening and research only. We do not guarantee that:

• A domain is still available to register or purchase when you view it.
• A domain is free from trademark, brand, copyright, regulatory, or other rights issues.
• Daily domain lists are complete, error-free, or updated in real time.
• Search results will be suitable for your business purpose.

Before registering, purchasing, using, reselling, or promoting any domain, you are responsible for verifying availability, rights risks, and legal compliance.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Send excessive automated requests, scrape, stress test, or bypass access limits.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, databases, storage, or APIs.
• Use results for spam, phishing, fraud, malware, infringement, or other harmful activity.
• Interfere with or degrade the stability, security, or normal operation of the service.

User Content and Keyword Libraries

You retain your rights in the keywords, categories, and related content you enter or save. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to provide the service, including saving, syncing, searching, and displaying it back to your account.

Do not save content that is unlawful, infringing, sensitive, or that you do not have the right to process.

Paid Features

The first version may not include paid features. If subscriptions, quotas, credits, or other paid features are enabled in the future, pricing, billing periods, refund rules, and included benefits will be shown on the purchase page or in a supplemental policy.

Intellectual Property

Except for content you submit, the BuilderSignals website, interface, code, branding, design, text, and other original materials are owned by us or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the service without authorization.

Service Availability

We work to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, delayed, error-free, or free from data loss. Maintenance, network issues, third-party outages, storage issues, or database issues may affect availability.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
